las personas f\u00edsicas o jur\u00eddicas que alquilan un alojamiento de forma no permanente, sea este un hotel, hostal, casa rural o vivienda particular destinada a alquileres temporales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consiste en recopilar los datos personales de los inquilinos y comunicarlos a los cuerpos de seguridad (Polic\u00eda Nacional, Guardia Civil, Mossos d\u2019Esquadra o Ertzaintza, seg\u00fan la comunidad aut\u00f3noma), en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 24 horas desde su entrada al alojamiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque el alquiler no sea tur\u00edstico, sino profesional o de media estancia (como los que la <\/span><b>Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Seguridad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en cumplimiento del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2021-17461\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Real Decreto 933\/2021<\/b><\/a><b>, de 26 de octubre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que regula la obligaci\u00f3n de comunicar a las fuerzas de seguridad los datos de las personas que se alojan en establecimientos de uso no permanente, incluyendo viviendas en alquiler temporal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este sistema sustituye al antiguo proceso en papel, permitiendo realizar el <\/span><b>registro de hu\u00e9spedes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de forma digital y segura, sin tener que acudir presencialmente a una comisar\u00eda o cuartel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de SES Hospedajes puedes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar de alta tu vivienda como alojamiento temporal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registrar a cada hu\u00e9sped que se aloje.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunicar entradas y salidas en tiempo real.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una herramienta obligatoria si quieres evitar sanciones y cumplir con la normativa vigente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span hu\u00e9spedes?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porque lo exige la ley. En concreto, la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-3442\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley Org\u00e1nica 4\/2015<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Protecci\u00f3n de la Seguridad Ciudadana establece que el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homyspace.com\/blog\/alta-como-autonomo-para-alquilar-vivienda\/\">propietario<\/a> del inmueble o la persona responsable de la gesti\u00f3n del alojamiento debe realizar el <\/span><b>registro de hu\u00e9spedes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 24 horas desde la llegada del inquilino.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hacerlo puede acarrear sanciones de hasta 30.000 euros, aunque lo m\u00e1s habitual en casos leves son multas de 601 a 3.000 euros. Adem\u00e1s, si ocurre alguna incidencia durante la estancia y no has hecho el registro, podr\u00edas verte en una situaci\u00f3n complicada a nivel legal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_datos_se_deben_incluir_en_el_registro_de_huespedes\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 datos se style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante destacar que el <\/span><b>registro de hu\u00e9spedes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">debe realizarse individualmente para cada persona, no solo para el titular del contrato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" de hu\u00e9spedes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y debes conservarlo durante al menos tres a\u00f1os, tal y como marca la ley.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
